100% solids. Formulated with undiluted Bis F resin for superior physical properties, and pigmented with high purity aluminum oxide pigment to provide excellent thermal conductivity at reasonable cost. Pigmented black for excellent thermal absorption and emission.

832TC 450ML Thermally Conductive Epoxy 		Provides 2300 psi bonding strength to paper, wood, metal, and ceramics. Conveniently packaged in a 25 ml dual syringe with a twist off cap for easy mixing. It gives good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents.

833FRB 3L 		Excellent for thin section potting, filling small surface voids, self leveling protective coatings. Will flow into small crevices and hard to reach places. Not for use in delicate electrical and electronic applications in which corrosion of copper, brass, or other sensitive metals is undesirable. The high tear resistance and inherent release ability make it well suited to the manufacture of intricate castings, by reproducing each part exactly to detail. The excellent electrical properties make it a candidate material for both high and low voltage electrical assemblies. Cushions against mechanical shock and vibration. The product comes complete with catalyst DBT. Specialized catalysts are avialable upon request.

These kits contains 10 packages of clear, low viscosity, superior strength epoxy, precisely measured out into two-compartment plastic packages so it's easy to use and there's no measuring. 

Once cured, this epoxy makes an effective electrical insulator with good high temperature mechanical and impact resistance properties. The epoxy can be used to fill in holes, gaps, burns or to inject into delaminated locations. The kit also contains mixing sticks, mixing cups and foam swabs.

The Epoxy/Mask Kit also includes 3 Color Agents packaged in tubes. These color agents are designed to mix with the epoxy to match the solder mask colors commonly found on circuit boards.
