We developed DecalPRO after years of working with toner for making instant printed circuit boards, constantly trying to figure out how to create a situation where we can generate two adhesives one is slightly weaker than the other which is the basis for all "dry transfers".

Our objectives were simple; to have a system that didn't require any photographic support, negatives creation or exposures of any kind... effectively a "daylight" system. After years of playing with the idea, it slowly started gelling into a series of steps, some borrowed from the proven techniques used for making PCB with our "DirectEtch" technique established years prior.
