Using acid, a laser printer, and a little safe “know-how” one is able to etch a design into a piece of brass. As a bookbinder, I use brass stamps for all of my leather tooling. The owner called me back to ensure the engineer answered all of my questions and was able to ship me out a bottle of dry ammonia persulfate next day! From speaking with the owner I came to realize that Production Supply Solutions is a family run business who specialize in having stock on hand and can thus ship immediately. They are both customer service oriented and able to connect customers to knowledgeable people when faced with a question they can’t answer. They follow up, treat the smallest sale just as professionally as the largest, ship immediately, promote like minded businesses and take pride in being really good at what they do. And most importantly they have EXCELLENT PRICES.
If we had more companies like Production Supply Solutions many of our economic issues in America would be solved because we would have countries coming to us for our goods and services. I am not only proud to know I can rely on a fellow local business but am hopeful for all of our futures when I have an experience like this- easy, efficient, exact, customer oriented, and most importantly effective. Because of the information I received, the fast shipping, and the great product I was able to etch a piece of brass in two hours for about $9.00. For me to get this engraved it would have cost over a thousand. I am elated to call Production Supply Solutions my source for chemical etchant.
